About 60 eager fans began lining up Wednesday evening as a steady stream of employees began arriving ahead of the grand opening of Keizer Station's newest draw: In-N-Out.
Statesman Journal reporters will be on hand as the doors open and will provide updates to this story throughout the morning.
UPDATE at 7 a.m.:
Traffic was light but anticipation high as workers swept the driveway and the first customers waiting in line warmed themselves against the morning chill.
Cameron Shaver, 19, was the first person in line without a wristband. Shaver, of Salem, said he has been in line since about 10 p.m. Wednesday. Although he is here alone, he plans to purchase food for his girlfriend and mom.
Sierra Lehman, a student at Oregon State University, has been in line since 5:45 a.m. Today, she is not only celebrating the grand opening of In-N-Out — it's also her 21st birthday.
Lehman is a self-proclaimed In-N-Out superfan. Three weeks ago, she drove down to the Medford location with her boyfriend. To top it off, her phone background is a picture of an In-N-Out burger.
The youngest person in line, Giselle Navarro, is 20 months old. She's bundled in a blanket in the arms of her aunt, Jennie Hayworth, watching Frozen on her her mom, Rosie Navarro's phone.
